Adult Transition Specialist Part-Time
Clackamas Community College



Provide Adult Transition students, parents and instructors information about programs, accommodations, and documentation needs for students with disabilities. Be point person to keep program on track with effective communication with partner departments on campus and in school district. Assist with assistive technology when needed.

MINIMUM/MANDATORY EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the duties as described. A typical way to obtain the knowledge, skills and abilities would be: Equivalent to an Associate Degree, plus one year related experience, or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above duties.
