Job Summary

The Shay lab is looking for a Postdoctoral Research Associate. Ideally the individual would have experience with mouse handling and/or mouse survival surgeries (or willingness to learn and become proficient). Prior experience with molecular biology techniques including mouse genotyping and PCR, Q-PCR, western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, flow cytometry, in situ hybridization, tissue culture, etc. is preferred as well. Additional skills could include computational skills and comfort with large datasets as well as metabolomics, lipidomics, RNAseq etc.
