Basic Function


Provides senior executive leadership for district wide and statewide outreach and early college initiatives, focusing on strategy, partnerships, and policy alignment. This position will establish a technical assistance network in collaboration with the California State Chancellor's Office, the California Department of Education, and the McFarland School District.

Representative Duties


  1. Lead district wide and regional vision
  2. Oversee outreach and early college operations
  3. Build partnerships with K-12, higher ed, and state agencies
  4. Represent district at statewide meetings
  5. Scale pathway models
  6. Direct data-driven planning
  7. Lead grant development
  8. Advise leadership on policy
  9. Prepare executive reports
  10. Supervise staff


Minimum Qualifications


Master's degree in education or related field
  • Seven years of leadership experience
  • Experience in regional or statewide coordination
  • Worked within or have experience working with K-12 educational systems in the areas of dual enrollment, guided pathways, or Early College programs.
