Job Summary
The Dual Enrollment Coordinator provides program-level leadership and operational management for the institution's Dual Enrollment Program, ensuring a consistent, high-quality
experience for participating high school students. This position oversees a team of Dual Enrollment Counselors and leads the coordinated delivery of recruitment, onboarding, advising,
and transition support activities across partner schools, maintaining aligned processes, communication, and resources. The Coordinator ensures smooth execution of all program workflows, including applications, advising practices, event coordination, and academic progress monitoring, while advancing program goals and supporting school partnerships. This role is essential in delivering a cohesive, student-centered dual enrollment experience that promotes outreach, academic preparedness, and successful transition into college pathways.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support to Dual Enrollment Counselors, ensuring consistent, individualized student guidance and seamless coordination of the dual enrollment experience across all territories
- Collaborate with campus partners across Admissions, Registrar, Advising, Academic Affairs, Financial Aid, the bookstore, and Student Success to ensure program alignment, shared processes, and coordinated support for dual enrollment students
- Resolve escalated concerns from students, families, or school partners, providing program-level guidance and ensuring a positive and student-centered experience throughout each stage of participation
- Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of the Dual Enrollment program, including recruitment, application processing, onboarding, advising, registration, and transition support
- Plan and implement dual enrollment recruitment and onboarding programming, including information sessions, school-based events, parent/guardian presentations, and transition activities
- Serve as the central coordination point for school and district operations, ensuring counselors maintain strong relationships with assigned partners and that program activities are executed with consistency and excellence
- Develop, maintain, and oversee program materials and communication plans, including presentations, guides, email campaigns, onboarding resources, and the dual enrollment program website
- Monitor academic progress, enrollment activity, and engagement trends program-wide, identifying early indicators of risk and supporting counselors with intervention strategies and communication plans
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of student records, documentation, and advising notes within institutional systems, maintaining program integrity and compliance with policy requirements
- Maintain and update the approved dual enrollment course list in GATRACS
- Stay informed of statewide dual enrollment policies, higher education trends, and best practices, applying relevant updates to strengthen program design and improve student outcomes

- Bachelor's degree

- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
Required Experience
- Five or more (5+) years of academic counseling or academic advising, recruitment, or student success programming experience in a higher education setting

- Two or more (2+) years of leadership, supervisory, or human resources experience
Proposed Salary
$58,000
This is an exempt position paid on a monthly basis.
