Job Summary:
The Pediatric Advanced Practice Fellowship is a 12-month post-graduate program dedicated to enhancing the development of early-career Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants or for those new to pediatric hospital-based medicine. Recognizing that PNPs and PAs are increasingly utilized in inpatient care models, our program's mission is providing the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for a provider to succeed in the challenging world of pediatric inpatient medicine. Fellows will rotate through various sections within Children's Hospital Colorado and will provide patient care under the direction of a supervising physician faculty member.

This is a unique one-year fellowship program that is dedicated to enhancing the development of early-career Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who wish to pursue a career in pediatric hospital-based medicine. Fellows will be exposed to all facets of pediatric inpatient care including rotations in hospital medicine, critical care, pulmonology, infectious disease, gastroenterology, cardiology, oncology and more.

Anticipated Pay Range:
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE:
$74,000- $79,000
The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt.
