Job Summary

The Temporary Recruiting Operations Assistant will assist in overseeing and coordinating the recruiting and logistical processes within the University of Colorado, Boulder Football program. The Recruiting Operations Assistant will report to the Associate Director of On-Campus Recruiting Operations and Assistant Director of Football Operations. What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

Serve as a positive representative of Colorado football during official and unofficial recruiting efforts for prospective student-athletes and visitors, including football game days, junior days, and camps and clinics.
Assist with hosting prospective student-athletes and visitors on official and unofficial on-campus recruiting efforts, including leading campus and facility tours, sharing program information and providing unparalleled customer service.
Co-manage the recruiting database, including incoming prospect communications, recruiting services data and academic evaluations.
Other duties as assigned from Associate Director of On-Campus Recruiting Operations and/or Assistant Director of Football Operations.

What We Can Offer

Starting pay is $18.90/hr.

Benefits

Temporary positions at the University of Colorado are not benefits-eligible, however, all positions are eligible for paid sick leave.

What We Require

Bachelor's Degree.
2 years of football experience at the collegiate or NFL level.

What You Will Need

Ability to work well in a team environment.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Demonstrated competence in understanding, interpreting and communicating procedures, policies, information, ideas and instructions.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of office machines and computer software, including Microsoft Office, electronic mail, electronic business forms and the internet.
