SCAD seeks a part-time receptionist for its Atlanta location, to be primarily responsible for providing outstanding customer service for all guests.

As the first point of contact at SCAD Atlanta, you will provide a warm, positive, and welcoming environment for all guests and engage them with your SCAD points of pride knowledge. You will assist with admission outreach responsibilities, including LiveAgent shifts and chats, text campaigns to prospective students, and more. You will participate in scheduled activities for SCAD Days, special events, evening or weekend work as needed, and support shuttle service for admission tours. As a receptionist , you will check guests in for their tours; greet and direct visitors for SCAD FASH Museum of Fashion + Film; and provide information on daily campus hours and events, points of contact, and directional assistance. You will also monitor the main SCAD Atlanta email accounts and forward messages as needed to relevant departments, as well as receive deliveries for the university (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash, flowers, etc.)

The successful candidate is an energetic, customer service-minded individual with exceptional organization, interpersonal, and communication skills. This person is computer savvy and demonstrates stellar administrative support abilities.

- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Proficient with computers, including iPads
- Experience in a customer service role
