Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree essential

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Education or Counseling, preferred
Supervisory experience, preferred
Four years of full-time experience working in intercollegiate athletics and/or cumulative experience related to the above description, preferred
Working knowledge of NCAA Division I rules and regulations, preferred

Performance Expectations - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience with coordinating programs and activities; organizational and program management skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience in both short and long range planning and the ability to focus on administrative details
Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively with other staff, scholar athletes, coaches and administrators
Must be able to work in time sensitive, fast-paced and demanding environment.
Ability to manage a high volume of workload during the academic year
Ability to learn and navigate University software (e.g., Banner, Degree Works, Salesforce, SAP Concur, Workday, etc.)
Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet software programs
Interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively with scholar-athletes

Posting Salary:
$7,333.33-7,500.00 per month; Excellent Benefits

The salary range provided in this posting reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered or earned is dependent on experience, education and other factors including departmental budget.
