College/Department Information

The Division of Institutional Effectiveness (IE) provides support and leadership through planning, assessment, data analysis & reporting, performance monitoring & improvement, and project management. The practical and collaborative services drive overall organizational improvements in quality, responsiveness, and efficiency for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Summary

The Institutional Effectiveness Program Coordinator provides coordination for assigned programs within Institutional Effectiveness (accreditation, planning & assessment, project management, faculty credentialing), special projects, and other initiatives; for IE processes, communications, and resources; and for IE applications. Coordinates services and processes pertaining to planning and assessment, comprehensive program review, regional and specialized accreditation, project management, institutional research, change management, and process improvement.

Responsibilities



COORDINATES SPECIALIZED SUPPORT: Coordinates related special projects and initiatives. Coordinates program activities within Institutional Effectiveness and external stakeholders. Initiates, plans, implements, and monitors projects and initiatives. Prepares documents and supporting materials (e .g., reports, timelines, charters, agendas, action minutes and decisions, etc.). Plans and executes logistics for major meetings and events. Manages mass communications about programs, projects, and processes Serves as first point of contact to customers for the program and various initiatives, operations, and activities within division offices.

COORDINATES PROCESSES, COMMUNICATIONS, AND RESOURCES: Manages standard operating procedures, including inventories, schedules, cycles, and status reports for regularly occurring processes. Coordinates training events and maintains course materials. Prepares documents and supporting materials (e.g., graphical depictions, spreadsheets, templates, forms, etc.). Manages the documentation resulting from committees led and/or supported by Institutional Effectiveness. Update the websites of Institutional Effectiveness offices. Monitors, responds to, or routes correspondence from IE Resources email accounts.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field of study and a minimum of one year experience in a related field OR Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field of study and a minimum of three years in a related field OR Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field of study and a minimum of five years' experience in a related field.

Shift/Salary/Benefits

Shift: Days; M-F (Work outside of the standard business hours may be required)

Pay Band: B8

Salary Minimum: $45,400/annually

Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position

Conditions of Employment
