In compliance with SB 1162, Western University of Health Sciences is providing a pay scale for this position. The pay scale reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Within this range, the individual pay is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and work location. Please note that the compensation details listed reflects the base salary only.

Minimum: $105,000.00 Annually
Maximum $105,000.00 Annually
Job Summary
The Campaign Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns, from initial research and proposal development to implementation, monitoring, reporting, and optimization. This role requires expertise in digital marketing platforms, analytics, and strategic campaign management to drive lead generation, engagement, and high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will also handle occasional print campaigns as necessary.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Individuals must possess the knowledge, skills and abilities or be able to explain and demonstrate that the individual can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.
- Proven track record in managing search engine marketing and social media campaigns.
- Expertise in digital marketing strategy, including lead generation and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advertising platforms like Google Ads and Meta.
- Ability to craft platform-specific copy, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Experience managing and optimizing advertising spend for better performance.
- Knowledge of KPIs and the ability to report on lead quality, engagement, and campaign ROI.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in campaign management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience:
- Experience with print campaign management.
- Familiarity with other advertising platforms and tools beyond Google and Meta.
- Understanding of audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Experience in Education
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in relevant field.
