What We Are Looking For
Baylor University is seeking a Prospect Management Analyst to support the philanthropic mission of University Advancement by applying a strategic, data-informed approach to portfolio management, prospect tracking, and data integrity. This position ensures that frontline fundraisers are equipped with accurate, timely, and actionable insights to guide donor engagement and advancement efforts.
A Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant work experience are required. A Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant work experience are preferred.
*All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
This is a hybrid position. Candidates must located in the greater Waco area.
What You Will Do
Portfolio & Prospect Management
- Facilitate the identification, qualification, and assignment of prospects through internal referrals, giving reports, and systematic reviews
- Monitor & analyze the prospect pipeline and portfolio assignments to ensure effective moves management and prospect progression
- Develop and maintain documentation for prospect management processes
- Assist the Prospect Manager with tracking, reporting, and other moves management tasks
- Provide strategic support to fundraisers through portfolio & opportunity review meetings, & deliver training as needed to enhance fundraising effectiveness
Data Integrity & Reporting
- Identify and address data integrity issues related to prospect management; lead cleanup initiatives and recommend best practices for data health
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for strategic action
- Participate in testing, validation, and continuous improvement of data systems and tools
- Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to data governance and reporting
Other
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
- Ability to comply with university policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
