SCAD seeks a part-time professor of creative technology in advertising and branding to help teach SCAD Atlanta students how to articulate concepts for next-generation brand experiences with emerging technology.

The SCAD advertising and branding and branded entertainment degree programs cover the breadth of the discipline, with students prepared for roles in art direction, copywriting, experiential design, and more at global agencies. In this role, you'll turn a passion for cutting-edge technology into instructing students to push the limits of their practice.

The ideal candidate has creative technology experience on diverse platforms with advertising agencies or in-house marketing groups, including concept development and production with an understanding of creative brand strategy.

The candidate should have familiarity with Apple's ARkit and RealityKit, Google's ARCore for developing augmented reality experiences on the Android platform, and emerging AR tools like Facebook's Spark AR, Snapchat's Lens Studio, and Adobe's Aero. The candidate should also be proficient with the Unity and Unreal engines for use in AR/VR projects and their programming languages (C# for Unity and Blueprint for Unreal).

Requirements
- Terminal degree or its equivalent in advertising or a related field
- Undergraduate and graduate university-level teaching experience preferred
- Ability to work with students and faculty of diverse backgrounds
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
