Job Summary/Basic Function:
Performs journey-level painting work in the maintenance, repair and construction of institution facilities.
Typical duties:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School graduation or equivalent
Ability to read, write, perform basic math, and follow written & oral directions
Ability to work independently using instructions, blueprints and technical manuals and knowledge of standard practices, methods, materials, tools, equipment and safety.
Valid Drivers license
Two or more years of related work experience in building repair and maintenance, construction, repair or equivalent trade school education
Competent skills in computer and email use
